Media Release Terms & Conditions

I hereby grant Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville permission to use my name and likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, republish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I am agreeing to allow Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville to use any/all materials and waive the right to approve finished material. I guarantee that the statements given by me reflect my true experience with Ronald McDonald House Charites of Knoxville, and I agree that my statements may be edited for clarification.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

This grant, release, waiver, and hold harmless shall apply to me and any other person, including, but not limited to, any minor, appearing in the photo.  I hereby certify I have the right, power, and authority to bind all persons in the photo.
